We are actively seeking to fill the C/C++ Senior Developer role. This is an opportunity for a progressively minded individual to advance the development of cutting edge technology within the energy management sector at Encelium’s research and development headquarters in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The incumbent will report directly to the R&D Engineering Manager and be responsible for contributing to the day to day applications development of next generation lighting controls and building automation systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years C / C++ programming expertise
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Experience with writing high reliability application firmware/software for SCADA systems
- Ability to interpret and work with an existing code base
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Experience with communication protocols
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
